Stamford Notebook company plain and lined notebooks

Our specially sourced Stamford notebook company books are handbound in the UK using the finest materials. At Rufus Country we are big fans of sketch books and we wanted to share one of our favourites with you. We met this lovely British company at one of the shows and have loved their notebooks ever since.

The paper interiors are beautifully smooth, British-made, natural off-white wove paper. This is high-quality paper has minimum ‘feathering’ when using a fountain pen. Available in grey with orange ribbon and orange with grey ribbon. In Lined or blank formats. The Stamford Notebook Company is a family-run firm that started life as commercial printers and bookbinders in the 1950s. Their notebooks are printed and handmade with great care, using traditional artisan skills, in their bindery in beautiful Stamford, Lincolnshire.

They use the highest quality materials, which are carefully sourced at all points of production, including British-made fountain pen friendly paper from Cumbria.
